5kbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion, typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.

Bonuses are offered at 5kbet's sole discretion and may not be available to all players equally. Players who have self-excluded or have active responsible gaming restrictions on their accounts are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the restriction period.

Winnings resulting from clearly erroneous odds (including but not limited to odds of zero or odds that do not reflect market conditions due to a data error) will not be honoured and affected wagers will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5kbet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 5kbet account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity, name, or payment details.

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, game malfunctions, or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.

5kbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the account.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• At your own request, including voluntary self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 5kbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly via their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
